This very new condominium (2006) is completely top drawer. It has a full 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, is walking distance to the Bajamar golf clubhouse, restaurant, spa and bar and is almost entirely furnished by the famous Mexican designer, Fausto Polanco.

We have a water purification system that produces drinkable water throughout the condominium, including from the showers, sinks and for the fresh ice. We have the absolute finest towels that we could find, making taking a shower a real joy - I promise.

The living room is outfitted with a fantastic couch and two great chairs with ottomans. The square mesquite dining room table seats 8. The living room and master bedroom each have a 50" HD plasma TV with Surround Sound built-in speakers. Your group will be very pleased with the time they spend in our condominium.

The master bedroom has modern electric fully-adjustable beds for people with back problems, acid reflux or just like to be propped up to watch the Plasma HD TV above the fireplace.
