The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
sleeping :The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general :The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.
entertainment :The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.
eating & living :There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
