Disney Villa on a Conservation Area overlooking a lake at the rear
We bought a house on this estate 7 years ago and have had some of the best times of our lives there. When we decided to buy a bigger house, we looked everywhere in Central Florida, at all the old and new estates, but we kept coming back to Crescent Lakes. The estate is lovely. It is built in the middle of the conservation area and you will see eagles and cranes flying overhead as you laze in the spa. The rear view is outstanding as the covered and heated pool backs onto one of the lakes. When we saw this house for sale we knew it was a dream come true. It has over 2700 square foot of living space and has been beautifully furnished by a professional team in 2005. We absolutely love it there and our kids cry whenever we come back from Crescent Lakes. It is only 15 to 20 minutes from the edge of Disney and Universal and Seaworld are only a few more minutes away. Down the road you will find an animal petting zoo, horse riding stables, and boat rides on the massive lakes to see alligators in their natural habitat. (In season you can also go nightime alligator hunting if you are feeling brave!) We have tried to put into the house as many extras as we can to make your holiday perfect. As soon as we saw the show home for this villa we knew it would be a fabulous place to have a holiday.This beautiful 4 bed/3 bath villa has been built and furnished to the highest standards on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park. It has a large family room with lounge, kitchen and dining areas which make it a very sociable place. This room leads out to the covered lanai and private pool with spa that has patio furniture, sunloungers and pool toys. The pool is screened for your comfort. The master bedoom with king-size bed has walk in closets and a huge bathroom with corner bath, shower and 2 sinks. It also has direct access to the pool so imagine waking up to the view of the pool glistening in the sunlight. Grab it if you can! The queen size bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom and might as well be en-suite.The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom between them and even that is divided so someone can be washing in the sink while someone else is in the bath. You can all get ready at the same time to get to the theme parks early to miss the queues. There is a sleeper sofa in the lounge for the extra two guests if needed. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has everything you need including the ice maker for drinks and a dishwasher. Description
Casa Carmelina is located in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive residential area, one mile south of the center of town. This Villa is a fantastic value for a four bedroom so close to the beach.
Overlooking the bay, this Mexican colonial style villa is ideal for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms all having king sized beds. Each of the bedrooms opens onto a large terrace with a tiled pool. The villa has 4.5 bathrooms, Palapa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and bar. The house has marble and tile floors throughout and full time professional staff that provide cleaning and cooking services.
The house has a total living space of 5,000 square feet (3,000 interior and 2,000 exterior), and is located 150 yards to Conchas Chinas Beach, one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Vallarta.
Rates include exclusive private use of Casa Carmelina, cook (two meals per day and appetizers) six days per week, and maid service. Rate does not include laundry service, food expense, beverages, or staff tips.
